Once again, the time has come to venture into Houston's Downtown Art Warehouse District for the biggest, baddest, coolest & free-est art show that happens in the Bayou City!
This will be the Nineteenth year that the artists in this old and established urban art colony have opened their doors for this annual celebration of creativity. You owe it to yourself to come down and see what art in Houston is really all about. Painters in every media, sculptors of national renown, fabric artists, jewelry designers, photographers, videographers, oils, watercolors, acrylics, pastels, pencil, steel, concrete...you name it and someone in the 'hood does something amazing with it!

The Fine Art of Live Jazz!

Jazz Vibes Legend Harry Sheppard joins Bob Chadwick, one of the finest Jazz flute players on the planet, right here at Hardy & Nance on Saturday, the 19th from 3 to 5pm. If you love world-class Jazz...do not miss this special treat ! Harry's first big gig was with The Benny Goodman Orchestra and he has played or recorded with just about every major name in the business from Billie Holiday to Willie Nelson. And he rocks!
Bob is a Houston boy who plays fine jazz flutes. He owns a few hundred and can blow you away with any of them - from penny flutes to seven-foot tall custom-builts and even Mayan & Pan flutes.
